When we treated customers at KILMANINSTITUTET, we saw that we needed a product that could help the body to balance the pH level after injury and disease and which also can help to compensate for unhealthy lifestyles but we found it hard to find something that passed our tests, a product that was good for the cells and organs in the body and also the processes without interfering with the nervous system.
We then decided to make our own product and started to order different kinds of bicarbonates but nothing was good enough so we started to look among other salts and products, but nothing was good enough. Finally we found a product that helped the body, but still it was not good enough for us, but it contained something the body needed. It made us started all over again with sodium bicarbonate. We ordered even more varieties and finally we found the one that we still use today.
In 2015, a woman who worked in a health store contacted us to thank us because she finally had got her energy back. She told us that she had been acidified during her second pregnancy and since she was working in a health store she tried all different products but no results. A customer told her to try BASIC, she was skeptical but bought it and immediately she saw that it helped. It is always interesting to see that our research gives results.
The body's pH value is so important to health that there are several mechanisms that make it work. The body's blood should be between 7,35 and 7,45 and preferably 7,365 where it is considered to work best.
If you are acidified, the body might start to base itself by raising the pH level in the blood. To restore the pH balance you can start to breathe with long, deep and relaxed breaths and eat a lot of alkaline vegetables like avocado, cucumber, broccoli, onions and drink pure water with high pH or exercise and live a calm and harmonious life. If you think this can be hard, you can always eat BASIC.
